To meet the demand of international work experience, Ascentic has launched an International Rotation Program. Through the program, Ascenders gets to work during a longer period at the customer's site in Sweden.
Through the Swedish-Sri Lankan operations, Ascenders have since the start had the opportunity to do shorter onsite stays in the customer location in Sweden. With the new program, Ascentic wants to offer team members who are interested in gaining more international work experience to do longer re-locations to the customer's site.
“We see it as a great way to strengthen the collaboration further with our Swedish customers, while our team members get the chance to gain direct exposure to the dynamic Swedish tech scene”, says Anna Kalm, founder and CEO. “Our customers see it as a good opportunity to build stronger relationships with their Sri Lankan team members, enabling more innovation and closer ties within their development crew. We are really excited to roll this out and start increasing the exchange between Sweden and Sri Lanka!”
The program is open for all Ascenders who have completed 6 months in the company to apply for, and acceptance to the program is based on performance and customer approval.
